Lila and the Lost Kitten

Title: Lila and the Lost Kitten One sunny afternoon, Lila was walking home from school when she heard a soft meow. She looked around and saw a tiny, gray kitten hiding under a bush. “Hello there! Are you lost?” Lila asked gently. The kitten meowed again and rubbed against her leg. Lila decided to take the kitten home. She wrapped it in her scarf and ran to her house. Her mom smiled when she saw Lila holding the little kitten. “We need to find its owner,” her mom said. Lila and her mom made posters and put them around the neighborhood. The next day, a little boy came to their door. “That’s my kitten! Thank you so much!” he said, hugging his pet tightly. Lila felt happy. Even though the kitten had returned home, she knew she had done a good thing. She waved goodbye and walked to school, smiling all the way.
